The new Phelps Classic Pull Buoy in blue is designed to improve upper body conditioning and strength whilst helping the swimmer to focus on breathing and arm motion.

This pull buoy is made from die cut EVA foam, which ensures it is durable, chlorine resistant and will not water log when in the pool.
